Great Holiday Villa with fantastic sea-views at a stone’s throw from the Mediterranean Sea. The villa offers space for up to 6 people.

This charming 3 bedroom villa is located in a beachside urbanization in the Las Chapas area, just 10 minutes by car from the heart of Marbella and only 35 minutes driving from the airport. Located only 150 meters from the sea you are on the doorstep of the best, sandy beaches of the area of Marbella. There is a wide variety of trendy, charming and authentic beach bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and private en-suite bathrooms.

The master bedroom is the only bedroom which is located upstairs. It is a very light and spacious room that grants a great panoramic sea view straight from the bed and direct access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a comfortable bathtub as well as a shower.

The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed whereas the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers.

The living room opens up to the open plan colourful kitchen and dining area. This living area is flooded with light through the many windows and big glass door that gives direct access to the terrace and garden. Both from the living room, dining area and even the kitchen furnace you can enjoy the spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea.

With 800m² the garden offers plenty of space to enjoy the views and sun. There is a grass patch which can be a great playing are for children, a BBQ area and of course a private swimming pool. The swimming pool and grass patch are located south facing so you will be able to enjoy the sunshine all day long.

For those that would like a bit of shade there is the north facing garden with BBQ area.

The pool and the garden are of course maintained and cleaned weekly.

In total this is a perfect place to spend a fantastic holiday with your family and friends here at the Costa Del Sol. Being a stone’s throw away from the sea and its charming restaurants and bars there is plenty to do for everyone. For those that prefer to stay at home and enjoy their holidays in a more private setting there is plenty of room to do so as well.

There is a supermarket and a bakery with cafe located within a 5 minute walk and several restaurants all within 10 minutes walk.

For families with children there are many attractions around and things to do such as 2 waterparks (in Mijas and in Torremolinos), the Selwo aventura safari park in Estepona, the Selwo marina with sealife in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/waterski park in San Pedro or climbing in the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria.
