We do not always have the budget to make pleasure trips in each holiday season, but if what we love is to enjoy the sea breeze, having a house on the beach will be an excellent decision. In addition we could save the expenses in hotels, especially if we travel with all family.

My doctor told me that walking barefoot in the sand helps improve lymphatic and blood circulation. Living on the beach can bring benefits to my health.
It is also proven that playing sports on the beach offers great advantages to physical health, since the environment and the sand facilitate exercise, and therefore motivate them to lead a more active life.
Buying a house on the beach will give you the freedom to exercise running, practicing yoga or doing some aquatic activity.
