Located a mere 10 minute drive from the bustling town and sandy beaches of San Pedro Alcantara, you will find local amenities which include a supermarket, bank, hairdressers, pharmacy and various wining and dining establishments in Monte Halcones which is a 2 minute drive away. There is also a super Italian restaurant, Dutch cafe, wine bar and Dutch butcher in La Heredia, again a 2 minute drive away along with a rustic Spanish venta and an exclusive Spanish restaurant also close by. Golf is found in La Quinta, Guadalmina, Atalaya and Nueva Andalucia which are all a short car journey away and there are simply too many courses to mention, hence why this part of the coast is also known as "Costa Del Golf". The villa is fully equipped for luxurious holidaying and has everything one could possibly need for a comfortable holiday. In total there are 4 bedrooms in the property, open plan living, lots of outside space, private pool, cinema room, mini gym and staff accommodation. You access the property into a large entrance hall and into the living area which is open plan made for entertaining. There are windows that flank all sides of the living area which take in views of the gardens, the golf course, mountains and the coastline. There are 2 large sofas in the middle of the lounge and a smaller corner suite infront of the fireplace to the right of the room. The dining area which is most sophisticated is to the right side and the kitchen is well equipped and has doors that open out onto the external kitchen area which is well fitted and has a bbq area, dining area, lounge area all below sun shades. The garden is laid with grass and there is a good sized swimming pool and an outside shower room. On this level there is a double sized bedroom which opens out onto a terrace and has built in wardrobes and a walk in shower.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite which has its own private and extremely large terrace along with a full sized bathroom with a free standing bath that takes in spectacular views and a large walk in dressing room. There are 2 further double sized bedrooms on this floor, one with an en suite shower room and one with a bath and a shower and both have terraces.

In the basement there is a utility area that also has a kitchenette with a hob and a microwave along with a large room that is arranged as a cinema room and gymnasium with a shower room. There is the possibility to install a bed in this area for staff accommodation.

The rental period is minimum of 2 weeks and for the month of August the month must be taken in its entirety.
The pool is maintained twice per week in the height of summer and the gardener attends once per week.
The cleaner must come to the property 3 times per week and is €12 per hour which is to be paid locally to the cleaner depending on the hours required.
