The dining area which is most sophisticated is to the right side and the kitchen is well equipped and has doors that open out onto the external kitchen area which is well fitted and has a bbq area, dining area, lounge area all below sun shades. The garden is laid with grass and there is a good sized swimming pool and an outside shower room. On this level there is a double sized bedroom which opens out onto a terrace and has built in wardrobes and a walk in shower.

Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite which has its own private and extremely large terrace along with a full sized bathroom with a free standing bath that takes in spectacular views and a large walk in dressing room.
