From the living room you have access to a large covered east facing terrace, where you can also go out into the garden and pool area. Back inside, you have one of the bedrooms with en suite bathroom. By the staircase, going to the upper level of the villa, you come to yet another bedroom and the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is a rather spacious room, where it hosts 2 double beds and a single bed, along with an en suite bathroom. Into the master bedroom, you are greeted by a very generous amount of room, with access to another terrace, which is equipped with a Jacuzzi.

Going back down the stairs to the basement level, you are greeted with another open plan bedroom, with its own living room and en suite bathroom. Here you have a spacious facility which doubles as a cinema room and high end surround sound system. From there you have access to an outside private patio, which can also serve as a separate entrance to this room.

Location wise, this villa is perfectly situated. Only a few minutes walking away to several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Less than a 5 minute drive to Puerto Banús (maximum 20 minutes walking distance).
