Located at the foot of the church of the romantic village of Alozaina, this small urbanisation has its own pool and elevators.
Because it's only a few minutes drive or walk into the old part of the village, thus near to the grocery stores and bars, the apartment is
both great for holidays or for permanent living.

There are 3 entrances to the urbanisation. At the front door you find the post boxes. Then it's a corridor and either staircase or elevator
to take you to the 2nd floor, which is the top floor. This ensures privacy as well as a view of the pool and the countryside in the distance.

When you walk into the apartment, you are in a corridor with, on your left, a double bedroom on your left, then a bathroom, then another double bedroom.
On your right there is the fully equipped kitchen corner with washing machine and oven, and the lounge.

The terrace is at the south end, and offers all the space to dine or enjoy the sun.
The communal pool is at the ground level: it comes with its own communal toilet as well as lounge chairs.
This community is always well maintained, for which the fees are only of 45 Euros per month.

The water is heated by an electric boiler, so you do not need to have gas bottles delivered.
There are electric heating elements in the room and, more importantly, fans everywhere.

The owners have just completely refreshed the apartment, so you do not even need to paint.

At that side of Alozaina, it's very easy to park in the street, it's tranquil – and within a few minutes walking you are in the countryside,
where you have a choice of great walks.

Located along the A366 Málaga to Ronda road, Alozaina is on of the eight ¨pueblos blancos¨ guarding the Sierra de las Nieves (Natural Park). Charming whitewashed houses adorned with potted plants and an imposing church mark the pretty town, which was once recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Many old architectural features are still shown this day, like the big Moorish archway, which leads you into the village. The mountains and natural scenery of the great outdoors, provide a tranquil and relaxing environment.

An ideal spot for a rural getaway or a family home! The name Alozaina comes from Arabic “Alhosaina” or “Altazaina”, which means small castle. Other studies divide the word in “Alto” or “Alho”, which is translated in to Small Mountain. And “Zaina”, which means airy, healthy for the body. Which is not surprising gathering that the whole of the countryside is covered with olive groves, avocados, mangos, and lots of other citrus trees and crop. Alozaina is a classic Andalusian village, full of pretty streets and lovely neighbors. The village has plenty of tapas bars and bodegas with local products to enjoy. And then there are the beautiful mountain views … The ideal place to enjoy a true Spanish lifestyle. Alozaina is located 50 minutes (50 km.) from the city of Málaga and the airport. The beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos) are a 45 minutes (34 km.) drive away.
