This cortijo style villa in the hills of Guaro really does give you peace and tranquility. Sitting in an elevated positiion with views down the valley this really is a very SPECIAL SPOT.

Andalucian wooden doors welcome you to the main inner courtyard, to the right is the entertainment area complete with BBQ and bar and of course the large luxurious swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by countryside and is totally private.

The owners currently rent out part of the of the property for short term holiday lets but it is designed to be one large property. The section of the house closest to the pool is used by the guests, this area consists of a spacious central lounge with glass ceiling. There are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces lead from the lounge as does and a galley kitchen. The guests have direct access to the pool, entertainment area and private terraces.

The owner acccommodation is currenlty accessed through a hand-crafted wooden door which leads to the 'fire pit', outdoor kitchen the almond grove and of course the owners accommodation. The owners lounge is also accessed from this terrace. The central feature of the louge is a wood burning stove that provides the winter heat. To the right is the fully fitted kitchen which also access to the outdoor kitchen and rear terrace area. To the left of the lounge is the mastersuite with ensuite bathroom. There is a door that leads from this area directly to the 'Guests Lounge'.

The land is mainly planted with olive and almonds trees. The stables are located to the left of the property with an OCA license for 5 horses. It is possible to ride off the land into the beautifully countryside for hours.
