The building managers/receptionists say that most of the residents are Spanish, but only half are permanent residents. The building has three elevators and provides full wheelchair access in and around the facilities. There are two pools with access during warmer months (April-Sept.), while garden access is year round. There is parking in front of the building and along the street as first come first served.
