3 bedroom Holiday Rental Apartment in Marbella Carib Playa sleeps 6 people. Located in Urb. Las Dunas de Carib Playa, it is easy walking distance to the wonderful sandy dunes (protected nature reserve) and beaches in Artola/Cabopino and also Cabopino port. Within easy walking distance there are several restaurants and bars, two supermarkets and 24hr pharmacy – the main coast road and bus stops are also easily reached on foot. Further supermarkets and commercial centres can be found in nearby Calahonda or Elviria (an easy 5 minutes drive away). Marbella is just 15 minutes drive away.

This first floor holiday rental apartment is airconditioned and completely equipped, with seating both inside and outside on the south-east facing covered terrace for dining or relaxing. Comfortable sofas both in and out and a flat screen TV showing some international channels. Free WiFi is also available. There are 3 double bedrooms: a Master with a king size bed, dressing area, and ensuite bathroom (bath and shower) and 2 further double rooms sharing the family bathroom (shower). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine for those who like to return home with clean clothes! There is one assigned parking space in the underground car park and further parking directly in front of the building.

Las Dunas de Carib Playa is set in spacious gardens and there is a beautiful large pool as well as children’s pool, both with safety fencing. Marbesa beaches and chiringuitos are less than 10 minutes walk away and the famous Artola dunes and beach are just 5 minutes across the dunes. On the beaches, there are plenty of sunbeds available for hire as well as a wide choice of restaurants serving delicious fresh fish and sangria!

For golfers, there is a wide selection of courses within 10 minutes drive including Artola, Cabopino, Santa Maria Golf, Greenhills and Miraflores. For tennis players, there a several tennis clubs in the area such as Royal Tennis in El Rosario, Tennis Academy in Riviera and Miraflores Tennis Club. A short 15 minute drive (or 30 minutes on the bus) will bring you to Marbella one way and to Fuengirola in the other direction, both resorts offer a wide selection of facilities and sightseeing opportunities.
