With air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet, UK & Spanish TV package and BBQ area it also has all the luxuries to ensure a relaxing stay! The community has two large swimming pools, plus a tennis court available to use. There is a lovely little bar and restaurant open on certain days on the urbanisation just 3 minute walk away and there is a bus to the local town of Mijas, which is also a short cheap taxi ride away. There are also many fantastic hiking walk routes nearby (info available on request).

The house has two terrace areas, one on each floor. The lower terrace is covered and ideal for evening dining in the Summer under shade, with the upper floor terrace perfect for sun bathing and enjoying the stunning sea and mountain views with a cool drink!

Available to rent for short term holiday rentals (Touristic License Nº available on request) year round and the owners are open to longer term winter stays at discounted monthly rates to those looking to escape the colder temperatures in Northern Europe!
