In total there are 4 bedrooms, all ensuite, one on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the first floor and each with its own private terrace. Staff could be accommodated in the lower ground floor area.

Ground floor – Open plan living with extensive terraces give for great relaxing and entertaining. The open plan living room has main seating area , dining area plus separate corner seating around the fireplace and TV. Kitchen fully equipped with Amercian fridge freezer with icemaker , oven, microwave coffee machine, hob,dishwasher. Filtered drinking water from the tap. There are 3 double patio doors leading to the extensive seating terraces and outdoor BBQ and dining area. The garden is lawned and there is a good sized 10 x 5 m Private pool and outside shower room. The south facing aspect takes advantage of the sun from dawn to dusk, magnificent sunrise and sunsets and the villa provides sun or shade areas throughout the day,

Upstairs is the master suite with Emperor size bed, large private terrace and full sized bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower, plus a large walk-in dressing room. There are a further 2 guest suites on this floor, The east facing bedroom with Super king size bed (could be split to 2 singles), has an en-suite bath and shower room and private terrace. The west facing bedroom has 2 single beds and en-suite shower room and private terrace . All showers are thermostatic and there is purified soft water throughout.

There are automatic persianas throughout plus individual room air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the whole villa.

The lower ground floor offers a cinema/TV room with mini-gym, football game, and library. On this level is the laundry room which doubles as an extra kitchen , plus a shower room. There is the possibility to install a bed in this area for staff accommodation.
