Situated in the heart of the Golden Mile, Villa Nadia is a luxurious private villa. Under new ownership the Villa will have an updated Kitchen and Bathrooms in January 2017. Inside is spacious and airy with a large living area and bedrooms to match. The exterior boasting a generous seating area on the terrace, heated pool and garden. There are numerous nearby restaurants of different cuisines (Spanish, Italian, Indian, French, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Mexican) which cater to any budget (from €9 for a 3-course meal). Villa Nadia is a few minutes’ drive from both the picturesque old town of Marbella and the glitzy 'jet-set' port of Puerto Banus. If you prefer they can both be reached on foot but it will take a little longer. For beach lovers, a wide sandy beach is less than ten minutes’ walk away; perfect for tanning, a dip in the sea or some lunch in one of the amazing beach clubs. For nightlife, in addition to the nearby restaurants, there is Orange Square in Marbella Old Town and also the more dynamic area of Puerto Banus with nightclubs and bars.

The Villa also boasts an international TV package which includes all English Channels so no crucial sports events will be missed. Minutes away is the legendary Marbella Club Hotel at which you can experience one of it’s famous Sunday buffets or many other leisure facilities. Within 1km are 2 exclusive Spa resorts. The 6km long, Paseo Maritimo, is only a short walk away and is a wonderful way to join the locals for a leisurely walk or cycle (bikes can also be hired nearby).
There is secure parking for 2 cars at the villa. If you prefer not to have a car, getting around couldn’t be easier, there is a bus stop nearby (2mins walk) which can take you into Marbella town or Puerto Banus in 10 mins (they run approx. every 20-30 mins). Taxis can be found by waiting near the main road or taking the short walk to the Marbella Club Hotel.
Getting to and from the Airport couldn’t be easier either, from just 40mins drive by car or there are options of a shared shuttle, regular bus to Marbella or private taxi.
Other nearby amenities are 2 supermarkets, chemist, and hardware store, there is also a newsagent that sells international newspapers, only 2 mins walk away.
