The villa has 2 levels, but both levels can be entered from the ground floor, depending on which side you access the property. Large Private parking space for at least 3 cars.
In the house there are 2 lifts/elevators, that communicate to both levels. There is no need to walk steps and this makes the villa excellent for elderly people, or people with less movability. The Spa and entertainment area are in the same building but completely separate from the living and sleeping areas. This makes the area perfect for the party people to have fun and for the others to relax, without being disturbed.
