The finca is located on the new Malacitano Geological Path (Camino Geológico Malacitano (GR 340). You can enter the path almost next to your house. The closest train station in only 20 minutes away, Antequera-Santa Ana.

The finca is all in one-level, easy access from the main road A-357, all asphalted to the house. From the spacious private parking area good access also for disabled people or people with limited mobility.
Beautiful and flat 1000m2 garden plot with trees, flowers, hen house, swimming pool and patio. The views are amazing all over the plot. Night time you see the Carratraca town lights, very beautiful. Neighborhood is nice and very well maintained.
