This is one of our favourite properties as it has amazing sea views, but also overlooks Benalmadena and sparkling lights make the night time view a total joy.
The oversized terrace is a fantastic living space and idea for outdoor dining.
As it is the penthouse it is just a few steps to the rooftop pool and poolside bar, that is if you don't want to use the Indoor pool!
With a double and twin bedroom the apartment can sleep 4 very comfortably.
There is an American style kitchen for cooking, but why bother when you have 1,000's or bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
The beach is just 5 minutes walk away and every service you could possibly require is available in Beautiful Benalmadena.
Busses and Taxis and the train station are really close by if you decide to go on an adventure to Malaga, Marbell or Fuengirola!

Please note; The building is a tiered building to allow the best views but DOES NOT have a lift. There are various staircases to the apartment, but the excellent view is really worth it!
Pueblo Evita has 3 pools to enjoy including the indoor heated pool in winter, and a rooftop pool.
Five minutes walk to the beach and Benalmadena promenade! The Marina is a short walk away , also with a great selection of bars and restaurants. Sea Life is a five minute walk from the Apartment. The beautiful white washed villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas can be accessed by bus.
Fuengirola & Malaga are easily and quickly accessable by train . Benalmadena is an ideal to visit towns such as Ronda, Cordoba and Granada, even Seville if you hire a car! A reminder. Andalusian village architecture is not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.
