This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is situated in a exclusive and impeccable first line beach complex in Cabopino – Marbella, which is gated and has 24h security. The apartment is very bright and has modern interior. Entering the apartment you have the very spacious living room to your right hand side. The part of the living with the large, comfortable couch and the TV, can be closed from the second part, using the big sliding doors. Here in the other section, you have a large dining table where you can enjoy breakfast,
lunch or dinner while having a spectacular view over the well maintained communal gardens towards the mediterranean sea.
This part is closed by a so called "glass curtain system", which can be opened of course.

Cabopino is located 14 km eastwards from the heart of Marbella with its lovely old center, the parks and of course the famous boulevard "Paseo Maritimo". You can reach the center of Marbella within 10 minutes driving and the vibrant and well known harbor of Puerto Banus is approx. 20 minutes by car. For people who play golf, there are quiet a number of high class golf courses in a range of 5-20 minutes driving. Further more there are lots of activities like water parks, animal parks such as Selwo Marina in Benalmádena with dolphin shows or the Selwo Aventura Safari Park in Estepona, a butterfly park or watching Crocodiles in Torremolinos.
