An immaculate, modern, 3 bedroom, detached villa, just steps away from the beach and a on site restaurant. This unique property is situated just a 20 minute walk along the new boardwalk to the fishing village of La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda. It is also just 10 minute walk to the supermarket, and bars in Riviera Del Sol.

The villa is fully air conditioned, (plus underfloor heating for winter) and has a fully equipped Nordic designed kitchen. The modern living area contains a 60” Samsung smart TV with fibre optic, and unlimited Wi-Fi, plus a stereo system. The Master bedroom contains a walk in wardrobe and En suite bathroom with a large bath and independent shower. Also on the main floor, the second bedroom, which has its own terrace and also a separate bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, with a shower room is an independent studio which is on the first floor. This can be used as a separate apartment, as it is ideal for couple´s sharing or teenagers. It has a large seating and sun area, and can be excluded from the rental if not required with a reduced rate just for the main floor. The studio is self-contained with fridge, microwave, tea/coffee facilities and a 43” smart TV with Wi-Fi.

The large communal pool, has fantastic views of the Coast and is always quiet as it is only used by a community of 19 Villas. There is also a Tennis Court, which is free of charge and the on site restaurant The Garden Bar which serves amazing cocktails and great food. A maximum of 6 guests only and pets are also welcome!
