The house is built over three main levels. You have lift access to all levels within the house which is ideal for disabled people. There is private parking directly in front of the house with 24 hour security.
The first main level has a large open lounge with access to a terrace with stunning views. This terrace is perfect for eating in the evening and can hold a large number of people. Inside the lounge you have a flat screen television with multiple channels. There is also a separate dining area, fully fitted kitchen and WC (toilet and basin).
On the second level down you have three very good sized bedrooms
Bedroom one comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath tub with stand in shower
Bedroom two comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with standing shower
Master Bedroom three comes with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and large free standing shower
