A newly built traditional Spanish Finca located in the countryside yet not far from the beaches of La Cala de Mijas. Enjoy the peace & tranquillity of this very special place set in an elevated position with spectacular panoramic views towards the Mediterranean Sea. In that special Finca you will have more than enough space for Horses, Family and Friends!

You enter the Finca / Chalet into the spacious lounge which has vaulted ceilings keeping the house cool in the summer and giving a real feeling of space.

There is plenty comfortable seating, an open fireplace and an indoor dining table. In the main house & in the apartment there is UK TV (BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4, Ch5) via satellite and a DVD player

The lounge opens onto the kitchen which has a further indoor breakfast table and is well equipped including double sinks, electric oven, gas hobs (stove top), fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a lovely ensuite bathroom freshly decorated in blue and white with a corner bath, wc and basin. The second double in the main house has a walk-in shower room with wc and basin next door. Along a corridor are the two twin bedrooms, which share a walk-in shower room with wc and basin.

WiFi Wireless ADSL Internet is available at Casa la Fuente (free of charge).

Next to the pool is an outdoor 'kitchen' with a gas “La Plancha” style BBQ & a shaded poolside terrace which is a perfect spot to watch the kids have fun in the sun whilst you enjoy one of those long leisurely Spanish lunches with a large glass of Rioja or two!
